PERSONAL. Mr J. Forrester (Soanes road), who lias been in tho Christehurch Hospital for six weeks, is now convalescont and liaa returned home. Concert. ' A concert-.; under the auspices of Sb Saviour's Chufeh, will be given in! Stl Saviour's Schoolroom to-morrow . night.; The programme will be provided bv the elocutionary pupils of Miss Lucy Cowan, and by Miss Millicent Jennings (vocal items), Miss Dorothy White (dancing), and Mr Pegg, of the Y.M.C.A., in electric club. swinging. Church Anniversary. Anniversary services were held att the Methodist Church on Sunday, and there were large congregations both morning and evening. The Rev. C.' Blair preached in the morning, and the Rev. M. A. Rugby Pratt preached in the evening, taking as his subject "The Mission of the Church." Special anniversary hymns and' anthems were sung, and at the conclusion' of the. evening service ah- organ recital was given by the Rev. Harold Fallows. -
