fatality at redcliffs. LITTLE BOY DROWNED. I'estcrday afternoon at about four o'clock, the body of a little boy, aged six years, was found on the Hedclitfs beach, opposite the residence of Mr A. liradley. -L>r. Gregory, and R. all of Wellington, left Wanganui in an Austin car yesterday. When near Waikanae a tyre burst, causing the car to sway, capsize over a bank, and burst into flames. McLeod, Gregory and Merrick, who were in the back seat, got free, but the former received head injuries. The Dennis brothers were severely burnt. Clapham had to be carried several miles down the Orongorongos before reaching an ambulance yesterday morning. Clapham, with several others, was pig shooting when a rifle of one of the party discharged accidentally, the bullet entering Clapham'# leg from behind and coming out through the knee-cap.
