AMUSEMENTS.

CIVIC THEATRE.

"LADIES OF LEISURE."

A particularly good pictara is being shown at the Civic Theatre this week. It is called "Ladies ol Leisure," and the plot, bold and arresting, revives the ancient question of the freedom of love. Studio parties and elopements form no small part of the action, and the beautiful Barbara Stanwyck occupies one of the principal parts. The short items accompanying the main picture are also good, and one of. them, of topical interest, shows Sir Henry Segrave, in his Golden Arrow, breaking the world's land speed record.
