THE WEATHER.

Seas (Xevr Zealand waters) —Rather rough to rough on the West Coast and about Cook and Foveaux Straits, elsewhere moderate. Tasman Sea—Moderate to strong northwesterly wind-* in the Eastern Tasman, backing later to west and south-west with rough seas.
