CLERK ADMITS THEFT OF £lßll. (PRESS ASSOCIATION TELEGRAM.) # N APIER, November 12. Robert Roy Heath pleaded guilty at the Magistrate's Court this morning to the theft of £lßll from the Napier Borough Council between April Ist, 1928, and July sth, 1930. while employed as assistant Town Clerk. Accused was committed to the Supreme Court for sentence.
