II Atmore, Minister tor Education, had addressed large meeting at Motueka : "That this !argt'_ and representative meeting of school c-ontr mittees, teaching stalls, and parents of the Alotueka district desires to thank the Minister for Rdideation for his very eloquent and lucid address on the Education Report of the Kecess Committee of the House; is ot the opinion that the Minister and the uominittee have rendered a very signal service to the country in organising and bringing up to date the education policy of New Zealand and, further, that if the report is adopted by Parliament- it cannot fail to have far-reaching beneficial effects to New Zealand.' | .
