MR WINSTON CHURCHILL'S PLACE. (UNITED PRESS ASSOCIATION —BT ELECTRIC TELEGRAPH -(JOPYRIGHT.) (Received September 7th, 5.5 p.m.) LONDON. September 6. The most talkative member of the Houso of Commons is Mr Winston Churchill. A statistical record of the number of columns spoken on the front bench in the House of Commons reveals that Mr Churchill heads the list with 336 columns. Mr W Graham. President of the Board of Trado. filled 329, while Sir P. Cunliffe Lister is third with 286.
