Four hundred children of the Hay's Children's Birthday Club paid a visit to the Civic Theatre yesterday morning, to see Charlie Chaplin Ln "The Circus." Mr J L. Hay, the principal of Hay's, Ltd., was in charge, and before the children loft the shop in Gloucester street, he described the objects of Hay's League to them.
