THE INTERNATIONAL MOTOR SHOW. MEETING OVERSEA REQUIREMENTS. (Bamsu opuciii. wireless.) RUGBY, September 4. The International Motor Show opens"at Olympia next month and manufacturers who are well advanced -with preparations are unanimously optimistic about trade'prospects.' : There will be. a record number of cars on view at this year's show, which promises to be exceptionally interesting as the. result of the latest researches into the requirements of oversens markets will be apparent in many models,, produced by firms, with worldfamous names, from the small but amazingly speedy and efficient baby car, obtainable for £l2O, to the luxurious limousine costing ten times as much. Almost every conceivable need of the potential buyer seems to have been met by manufacturers and the trend of models will be to provide, at reduced prices, greater comfort, efficiency, and safety. The improvements are mostly in matters of important detail, coupled with tho. provision of fuller- equipment and smartened appearance.
