The main issue to be'decided by- .the electors on October 25th is-the Government's advocacy of the financial agreement drafted' at the- recent Premiers, Conference. The- Labour Party , will oppose , its ratification and also will 'oppose repudiation 'of tho Commonwealth's' debts abroad. However, the Party will advocate review of the Commonwealth's debts 6o tar as interest rates are concerned. 1 ; The "Sydney Morning Herald" says that unless the members of Cabinet are prepared to give, an undertaking that they will not Veduce public! servants' salaries, Federal members representing New South Wales constituencies will move ; at the next meeting of the Labour ..caucus for the., reconstruction of the Ministry.
