ARRANGEMENTS FOR OPENING SESSION. (BBXTXSB omcui. wieklksb.) EUGBY, September 3. The proposal which had been considered of broadcasting the speeches of the Prime Ministers at the opening session of the Imperial Conference on September 30th has been abandoned} bnt arrangements have been -made for
a special broadcast to be given by each of the six Prime Ministers during the period that the Conference » meeting. It is stated that similar arrangements may be made for broadcasting speeches by leading delegates , to the Indian round-table conference, which will be held in London after the Itoperial Conference • has completed its work. *
