CROQUET.
NEW ZEALAND COUNCIL. (PRESS' ASSOCIATION TELCUSMI.) WELLINGTON, September 4. The New Zealand Croquet Council decided that the North Island tournament at Auckland should commence on January 9th. The Dominion tournament will commence at Christchurch on January lflth. Matches for the English go'd and silver medals will be played at Palmerston North on a date yet to be arranged.
