CONTRACT FOR LONG TOW. (OTITIS PESSS ASBOCUTIO*—ST SLSCTSIC TBLBGSAta—COFXtTOSX.) "• ROTTERDAM, September 2. The L. Smit Company's International Tugboat Service has secured the contract to tow the new Wellington dry dock to New Zealand. Owing to the width of the doek it cannot pass through , the Panama Canal, so it must co through the Suez, starting in July, 1931. The voyage will take about seven months.
