' The first of the annual inter-Association matches between the Ellesmere Miniature Riflo Association and tho Kaiapoi Miniature , Rifle Association was fired on the Rangiora range on Saturday evening. The teams comprised 30 men a-side, tho conditions being the best 27 to be counted, seven shots and j one optional sighter per man. Tho Ellesmere j team won by two points.
