CPBKSS ASSOCIATION TXLEGBAH.) July 21. At the Magistrate's Court to-day, Leu Chun, - aged sixty, was charged that, being the occupier of premises, he allowed the smoking of opium on such premises. Louie Wing, aged fifty-thre6, was charged with having in his possession, pipes for the use of opium. 'Ah Mong, aged twenty T eight, was charged with having utensils' for opium smoking. A remand- was granted to Wednesday, bail at £2OO being; allowed.
