For riding a motor-pyela at night withont m light a boy aged 16 was convicted and discharged. A boy aged 14 was charged with riding a bicycle.at night without a light. - Senior-Sergeant J. 3. O'Grady said tha bicycle belonged to an evening newspaper company, and it ws* supposed to provide the light. ' Mr Mosley: Will the.newspaper pay the line? ' ' ' . The boy: Yes, Sir. It'will ba a case of their having to pay it. A fine of 2s 6d was imposed.
