INDUSTRIAL INSPECTIONS
(VBE99 ASSOCIATION TSLStHUM.) WELLINGTON, July 17. The Governor-General (Lord Pledisloe), in accordance with his desiro to get into direct touch with New Zealanders engaged in the local industries, visited Petone this afternoon, when, under the guidance of the Mayor, he inspected the industrial establishments of W. D, and 11. O. Wills and General Motor 3. ' Other manufacturing establishments at Petone will be visited by his Excellency later.
