(i'RBSS ASSOCIATION MMSGKAM.I WELLINGTON, July 4. Mr Pago, S.M.. decided to-day that Herbert Fletcher Tomlinson used a billiards saloon for carrying on the business of bookmaking, ana imposed a fine of £lO. Security of appeal was fixed at the amount of the fine and costs, plus £7 7s.
