REWARD FOR INFORMATION OFFERED. (By Radio —Special to Press Association.) (Received July 4th, 7.50 p.m.) APIA, July 3. Evidence pointing to incendiarism in regard to the recent fires in the Native Department of Mulinuu and the Post Office at Apia, has been discovered. The police are offering a reward of £SO for the discovery and conviction of the offenders. •Five men have been arrested in connexion with the recent affray at Papa, Savaii, when Constable Grant was injured. It is reported that Grant is progressing satisfactorily. The Administrator left on Monday on. a visit round Upolu. In his absence, the secretary, Mr Turnbull, is acting as Administrator. The Tofua, which, left earlier In the week, carried 11,500 cases of bananas for Auckland.
