RABBIT BREEDERS.
CANTERBURY ASSOCIATION. The Canterbury Babbit Breeders' Association met last evening, Mr W. G. Wright presiding over a fair attendance of aeffibera. Bedoinmendatious to the Show Comniittee were passed, to the effect that the iigfct show last for two dayß, and that ijlft&ses of Chinchilla pelts and Angola WBol be included. Discussing the latter fecommendation, a member said that it would be well to bring before the public the value and utility of the rabbits. Too many people thought that the animals were "mere pets." Following a discussion on rccGnt remits passed at the North Island Rabbit Boards' Conference, an address on rab-bit-breeding in Australia was given bjr Mr T. Lewis.
