A GAMING HOUSE.
:♦ (FBE33 ASSOCIATION TELEGBAM.) WELLINGTON, July 2. Lee Young and Ah Lee .were each lined £2O for using their. premises as a common gaming house. Counsel pleaded that there was little difference between selling a pakapoo ticket and selling an art union ticket, but Mr E. Page, S.M . replied that it was made clear from authorities that the selling of pakapoo tickets constituted the place a common gaming house. A number of people who were found on the premises -were also-fined.
