Lodge Meeting. Tho Juvenile Norwich Lodge held itj fortnightly meeting on Tuesday evening, tho N.G., Bro. 11. McDouald, presiding over a large attendance. Two new members were Initiated. P.G. Bro. J. Taylor added three of the officers of tlie Lodge to the executive. The meeting was concluded with Diamond Harbour Golf Club. Tho following will represent the Diamond Harbour Golf Club against GUarteris Bay on Sunday:—J H. Collins, W. Paton, IV Gowcr, R. Round, W. Paine, C. Mnaey, T. Bowring, G. Cooper, W. Cleary, L. Gant, H. A. Jackson and X. Thompson. Te WhaJka Tenuis Club Dauce. Ono o£ tho brightest dances of the year was held last evening in the Excelsior Hall by the To Whaka Tonnij Club. The hall, which was tastefully decorated, was filled to capacity with merry dancers. .Members of Christchurch tennis clubs were well represented. Tho lnoyd-Grummitt dauce orchestra supplied the dance music. The committee resjipnsible for the arrangements were Misses P. Rhind, It. Neville, Z. Neville, and D. Paine, and Messrs K. Reynolds, L. Gower, and C. Plimmer (hon. sec.). Those present included Mesdsmes D. Comer, J. Harris, 11. G. Banfield, T. Hendry, \Y. Gealoy, and E Grey, und Misses B. Salt, N. and M. Pitcoithly, C. and E.
