In tie "Sunspots" column of tlje Christchurch "Sun" of May 15th, the following paragraph appeared in regard to the arrival of the British Team of Footballers at Wellington recently:— "Dr. 6. J. Adams assured the visitors that there was no ceremonial in New Zealand. Our motto was homeliness. Yes, I am sure they will our football rough—but homely.
