STEAMER AGROUND.
TWO OF CREW MISSING. (OFITEB PBXSS ABSOCIATIOK—BT IMCTMO TEMOEATB—COFIRIOIIT.) SYDNEY, May 29. The steamer Favourite, carrying 160 passengers, ran aground in Botany Bay during the usual mid-week excursion. Two of tho crew set out on a raft to secure assistauco. but were soon in difficulties, and wnen last seen, in the early hours' of this morning, they were being rapidly borne seaward. Meanwhile, the passengers on the Favourito were taken ashore in launches. MISSING MEN RESCUED. (Roceived May 29th, 0.8 p.m.) SYDNEY, May 29. Frank Riordan and John Bolton, who wore swept to sea oq a raft after the grounding of the excursion steamer Favourite, were rescued little the worse for their trying experience among the sharks. They were wet through by spray.
