Sir John Simon, chairman of the Royal Commission on Indian Affairs, which signed a unanimous report yesterday, has intimated his intention of returning to his practice at the Bar almost immediately. Sir John is one of the most euccessful counsel in the history of the British Bar. and his practice is said to have produced something liko £50,000 per year. He sacrificed this over two years ago to devote his whole time to the work of the Indian Commission.
