STRAND THEATRE.
The Strand Theatre is featuring this week two new romantic pictures, one of the West and the other of the German Army in the early days of the war on the eastern front against the Russians. The Western story is "The Wind,' starring Lillian tfish, while the other is "Under the Black Eaele," starring Ralph Forbes and Marceline Day. Other features are a comedy, a scenic, and a topical gazette.
