REHABILITATION OF EX-SOLDIERS.
ST. ALBANS DISCUSSION. The findings of the Eehabilitation Committee -were discussed at a meeting of St. Albans returned soldiers last evening, when Mr T. L. Drummond, a viee-president of the Eeturned Soldiers' Association, presided over an attendance of over fifty members. The chairman, together with Messrs E. P. Willcox and W. E. Leadley, explained fully the details of the findings of the Commission, and at the conclusion of their speeches a number of questions asked concerning the Commission were answered by the speakers. The. following resolution .was passed: f'That this meeling of St. Albans returned soldiers request the Government to carry into effect tho recommenda tions of the findings of the Rehabilita tion Commission at the earliest possible -date, in view of the serious economic condition of many returned soldiers at present,"
