Apologia* lor absence wVro received from the delegates for Cb The Annual report and balance-sheetwere adopted. The cash credit balance of £BB 8s was considered highly satisfactory. _ The following officers were elected .—-President. Mrs T. 0. Robinson (re-elected) .Ticepresidents. Mr Manson and Dr. Fawc ®"« •**" retary. Miss P. Lunn; Hurunui delegate. Rev. E. B. Moore. . It was decided to commence the competition for the Mt. Palm Shield on June 14th.
