There is much "moaning at the Bar" just now in the Temple and the legnl world over the slackness of business, says a London paper. "I have heard of scores of oases," aaid a solicitor, "where barristers are hard put to find the rent of chambers. They say times were never «o lean and that tho public have been frightened away from the Courts by the high fees and charges."
