In its match against Worcestershire Anstralia declared in its first innings with eight wickets down for 492 (Bradman 236, Woodfull 133). Worcestershire, in its second innings, had four wickets down for 103 at stumps. The first brilliant double century by Bradman was a feature of the second day's play.
