N ACCORDANCE with the provisions of Section 43 of the Rabbit Nuisance Act, 1928, I hereby give public notice that copies of the S'tockowners' Roll are now deposited for inspection at the following places:— i Magistrate Courts at Culverden, Cheviot, j and Amberley, also at my Office, Bowron's Buildings, 162 Manchester street, Ghristohurch. The said roll will be finally revised and signed by the presiding Stipendiary Magistrate at the CHEVIOT MAGISTRATE'S COURT on TUESDAY, the 24th JUNE, 1930, at 11 a.m. Any person who considers himself aggrieved 'by reason of the insertion or incorreoteilness of any matter in any buoli list or of the omission of any matter therefrom, may object by lodging with the Clerk of the Cheviot Magistrate's Court not later than THREE DAYS before the date fixed for | such hearing, an objection In writing under | his hand setting forth the grounds for such objection. RATES OTIOE IS HEREBY GIVEN In aceord--1 ance with Sections 65 to 68 inclusive, of the Rabbit Nuisance Act, 1928, and the Rating Act, 1935, and all Amendments thereto respectively, that it is the intention of the Board at ita next Meeting to be held on the 30th May next, to make and levy a General Rate of One-eighth of a penny per head on sheep and Five-eighths of a penny per head on cattle, on all persons whose names appear on the Stockowners" Roll of this Board's district, for the year commencing the Ist day of April, 1930, and ending on the 31st day of March, 1931, the minimum rate payable by any stoekowner to be ten shillings.
