The biennial movable oonferonee of the New Zealand Branch of the Manchester Unity of Oddfellows was .continued this morning, when a revision of the rules, was discussed. It was do* oided that Past Grand Masters and Past District Grand Masters would lie permittedttoo o attend the movable .conferences at their own expense. Thev may take part in the proceedings, but will have no voting power.
