ORDER FOR SALE REFUSED.
(rases association t«l*g*am.) WELLINGTON, May 1. The trustees in the estate of Alexander Hatrick, of Wanganui, recently sought the approval of the Supreme Court, to a proposed sale by them of a warehouse site in Wanganui which tie testator had directed should not be sold for less than £30,000. The Chief Justice, In a judgment today, said that he was not prepared to make the order asked for. The trustees, however, had aeted quite property in coming to the Court. His Honour expressed the opinion that the proper method of obtaining such authority as that sought was by a private estate Bill.
