a t ■ MAGISTERIAL. WEDNESDAY. (Before Mr H/P. Lawry, S.M.) BEItANDED. On a charge at drunkenness ?ohn Kennedy, aged 82, was remanded for a week for medical treatment, NO DRIVER'S LICENSE. For driving a car without being the holder of a driver's license, James Alston was fined £1 and coat*. FAILED TO CLEAR DRAINS. George Clephans w»s fined £2 and costs for failing to comply with an order of the Ellesmero County Oounotl requiring hjni to clear a drain running through hit property. VOLUNTARY APPEARANCES; William Claxton, for driving wit) a false number plate, was fined £2. On t further charge of driving without a 1 icons*.ho was fined £2 and costs. In passing sentence, the Magistrate said that Claxton's was a serious offence. Driving an uninsured car he nilght knock some body down, and not be able to pay com pensation. William Smith was fined 10s and oost: for driving a motor-car without a driver') license. ' , !
