OBSTETRICAL APPEAL.
LADY BLEDISLOE TO VISIT CITY. Her Excellency Lady Bledisloe, after conferring with Dr. Doris Gordon on the subject of the Dominion-wide appeal for funds in the cause of obstetrics, has proclaimed her keen interest and promised her personal assistance in the closing days of the campaign. A meeting in connexion with it is to be held in the City Council Chambers, Christchurch, at 8 p.m. on April Bth, when her Excellency will head the list of. speakers.
