TKree were killed and many were injured when two railway trains crashed. Numerous motor-car accidents oo eurred and shipping is blocked by ram Bbd fog as the city is held in the grip of a terrific blizzard, with ten inches of wet snow. Air traffic is paralysed and business is greatly impeded by the difficulty experienced by committors from the suburbs which are virtually cut. off from the centre of the city. The »torm still continues with sharp winds ■nd increasing snowfall.
