The Sumner Surf and Life-Saving Club wrote advising that it was proposed t<S move the seats, provided by the Beautifying Association from, the shelter of ; the pavilion wall, out into the enclosure round the clubhouse. The laboar entailed would not be a charge on. the Association. '
