(j>E«S» ASSOCIATION TSLEOBAM-) AUCKLAND, February 14. A regional planning scheme Auckland was rejected by a conference of lof'&l bodies l&st nignt. It was proposed that on area fr Rodney County to Frankhn County be included in the general scheme. T&e metropolitan delegates were favourable but the counties and outer subur ban' bodies were hostile. The Mayor of Auckland, who presided refused to accept an amendment which' sought permission for any local body to hold out of the scheme.
