JUDGE PREDICTS A REDUCTION. (trwrr«n F3KBI AMOCtATSOIT—»*. BLSCTBIO TBUOXAPH—COPTBIOHT.) MELBOURNE, February 13. Judge Beeby, in the Arbitration Court, issued a warning that in view of the fall in prices for wool and other primary produce a general reconstruction of Australia was inevitable, and unions must realise that lower wages were almost certain. He suggested that smaller profits . would probably follow. Everything pointed to the faot that the present depression was not temporary, but the result of post-war inflation.
