(rKFJS ASSOCIATION TBLSGRAM.) WELLINGTON, February 12. Mr F. C, Chichester gave hi« longest speech to date at the Aero Club's dinner to-night. He acknowledged the help given him by the Air Ministry, and also by the Shell Oil Company, declaring that they had attended him as well in aoeial arrangements as in business matters. The Wellington Aero Club presented him with a medal inscribed: Francis Chichester, from Wellington Aero Club. In recognition of his solo flight from England to Australia, 1929-30-
