A thousaud Republicans participated in a banquet here. The speeches were punctuated by cries of "Death to King Alfonso." Senor Lerreux said that the King was afraid to call a general election, in view of his responsibility for the military disaster in Morocco in 1921. "Don't be under an illusion. The only remaining path is revolution." General Berenguer had a conference with Senor Sanchez Querra, the exConservative Minister, and leader of the revolt in Valencia last year.
