PROTEST FROM NEW ZEALAND. {USITED PRESS ASSOCIATION —BI ELECTBIO TBLEOBAPH—COPYBKJHT.) (Received January oth, 5.5 p.m.) LONDON, January 4. The Navy League has handed to the Prime Minister (Mr Ramsay Mac Donald) and to the First Lord of the Admiralty (Mr A. V. Alexander) the cabled protest of the New Zealand branch of the League, against any delay in the construction of the Singapore base.
