WOMAN FOUND DEAD.
SUICIDE SUSPECTED. Alice Ellen Forscutt, a. married woman, 48 years of agp, 'who resided at 14 Montreal street, Sydenham, was found dead at her home on Saturday afternoon, apparently having committed suicide by gas poisoning. When her sod, Sydney -Forscutt, returned home at .10 minutes past 3 he found the house entirely locked up. On opening a window he noticed a strong smell of gas ; in the house. He found his mother lying i Q * ne scullery with, her head on a gas ring and covered by a coat. An inquest was .opened by MrE.P. Lawry,' Coroner, on Saturday evening, and was adjourned sine; die after the hearing of evidence of identification.
