CYCLIST INJURED.
iPRISS ASSOCIATIOV TBLEORAM ) GISBORNE. January 3. Christopher Jobson, while returning from Tolaga Bay late last, evening, was seriously injured when his. motor-cycle swerved in front ol an overtaking lorry driven by Dave Tanlau. The injured man was not an exjx'i't cyclist and evidently became contused by Ibe noise of the approaching lorry, which left the crown of the road to pa'-s hiin. but tailed to avoid ;i collision w hell Jolx=on also swerved Jobson's condition is reported to be serious. His injuries include ;i I r acta red skull and a broken arm.
