At the last meeting of the Lv'iolton Waterside Workers' Union the following resolution was carried: '"Tha is Union enters its emphatic p against the action of Mr Rustic n £ while acting as president of the Court of Arbitration in refusing to a™rd the increase in wages to tue workers to which the wages t - * mitted to the Court by the Federation and the employers of watersi clearly indicated they were , and, as we are firmly convinced that it is futile to apply to the Court for economic justice, we request » to take a vote on the question of cancelling registration under th A.
