EINSTEIN'S LOVE. Einstein is a man who has upset the world of philosophers by his theories of time and space. It is said that his ideas are so hard to understand that onlv a dozen people in the world can follow them. And yet Einstein has his simple pleasures; there is nothing he loves more than his friendly old briar. When he talked of his pipe on a recent visit to America it was with a warmth of affection that was in direct contrast to his unsolved, abstract problems. Even to the greatest men. a pipe is a real solace, and when it is filled with such a friendly tobacco as Edgeworth, their cup of joy is filled to the full. Edgeworth, in fact, is the tobacco that suits the particular fancy of many thousands of men, great and small. ' —2
