; The carnival at Xew Brighton con--1 rludetl its fourth day and evening last i night. Weather conditions were ideal. ; and there was a good sprinkling of i visitors during the morning and afteri noon, which, however, showed a couI siderable increase during the evening. The non-occupation of about nine | stalls and a large marquee was ve-y i noticeable.
