Their Excellencies the GovernorGeneral, Sir Claries Fergusson, and Lady Alice Fergusson left for Auckland to-nio-ht for the purpose of paying their farewell visit to the northern citv. Leaving Auckland on the evening of January sth. they will return to''Wellington, and on January 13th will go to Christchurch and Dunedm. spending a day in each city. 1-rem Januarv 17th until February Ist. the date of their departure from the Dominion, their Excellencies will be at Wellington.
