DEATH OF A COMPANION.

A Cadiz message states that the Spanish Court has freed Dr. Francesco Caballero,, of charges of responsibility for the death of Angel Rivera, his one-man crew on the voyage from Juan, via New York. Roberto Lopez, a stowaway on the voyage, corroborated Caballero's contention that Rivera fell overboard.
