General Higgins's writ seeking the transfer of the Trust Fond to his administration has been sirred on General Booth's executors. The Salvation Army's legal representative explains th:it the position is canted bv a codicil General Booth added to his will after his deposition transferring the trusteeship of the Annv'e property from bis successor to his executors.
